This intense class has cardio vascular moves and boxing drills that get your heart rate "Way Up" and your muscles very toned. Get your mind and body ready for punch kick combinations to music and on the heavy bags. Be prepared to get down on the mats and do push-ups and abdominal work to strengthen your core and slim your abs. This challenging fitness class is set to Motivational Hip Hop, Top 40, Rock and Club music to get you HYPE!!
